Brady Corporation (NYSE, BRC) is a midwestern manufacturing company focused on innovation. They are currently seeking "bright and creative chemists" to join their Materials R&D group to develop new products and technologies.
Founded in 1914, Brady’s products help their customers increase safety, security, and productivity with high-performance labels, signs, printing systems, and safety devices. Their chemists routinely develop and patent coatings, inks, thermoplastics, adhesives and composites made thereof to solve customers' very challenging identification problems. Their products are invented, formulated, and engineered based on the newest polymer resins and additives to yield durable products for applications in electronics, aerospace, medical, and manufacturing. The R&D center is located in Glendale, WI, a short drive or an easy bike ride to the center of downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan.
They are currently looking to fill both an internship for next summer (with a current junior chemistry major) and a full time position (with a current senior chemistry major). The deadline for application is Sept 23.
